The Investor desires to invest funds in the Forex trading activities conducted by the Trader,
with the expectation of receiving a return on investment (ROI) as outlined herein.
INVESTOR
Investment Currency:
The Investor agrees to invest In US Dollars (USD) into the
Trader’s Forex trading activities. And also his/her ROI in Dollars.
Return on Investment (ROI):
The Trader agrees to provide the Investor with a return on investment equal to 50% of the standard plan and 60% of the Premium Plan .of the initial investment amount, in USD, at the end of each investment period for three months. The Investor is expected to collect their profits on the due date.

Forex Trading Activities:
The Trader shall conduct Forex trading activities diligently
and prudently, using their best efforts to achieve the agreed-upon ROI.
Duration:
This Agreement shall commence on the date of signing and shall remain in
effect exactly one month from the date of inception.

Risk Disclosure:
It is crucial for the investor to understand that forex trading inherently carries some level of risk for the trader. Therefore, if a situation arises that leads to a significant loss, the investor will share in the loss according to the ratio determined by the company.
6.
Termination:
Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice to the
other party. However, termination shall only take effect at the end of the month inwhich the notice is given. In the event of termination, any remaining funds shall be
returned to the Investor at the end of the month.
7.
Referral Commission:
In addition to the agreed-upon ROI, the Trader agrees to pay a referral commission
to any party who refers an investor to the Trader’s Forex trading activities. The
referral commission shall be 5% of the referred investor’s initial capital investment.
The referral commission shall be paid at the end of the investor’s monthly duration.
The referral commission shall only be paid for investors who maintain their
investment for the duration of the agreed-upon period outlined in this Agreement.
